Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take? Most projects are delivered in about 2 weeks, excluding holidays, from when we receive your products and payment. A 3 day rush can be added to any package (based on availability) for $195.

Do I need to tell you what I want? No, we’ll take care of the shot list for you! When your products arrive we will evaluate your items and email you a detailed shot list for your approval. When creating your shot list we pull from our experience shooting thousands of photos for the Amazon Marketplace. However, if you have your own specific ideas in mind please let us know.

Are there any additional charges? There are no additional charges for products up to 3 feet on the longest side or for group shots of 5 pieces or less. For large products and large group arrangements we may quote a higher rate. We may also quote higher rates for props and complex special requests. If you would like the products shipped back, we will include the return shipping costs on your invoice.

What if I want a photo re-shot? All photos to be delivered will be clearly described in the shot list for your review and approval. Re-shoot requests will be handled as outlined in section 9 of the Terms Of Service. We are happy to make complimentary edits in Photoshop if you would like to see any adjustments to your photos.

Can I split a package across multiple ASIN’s? Our packages are designed to accommodate a single product (or ASIN). If you have multiple products to photograph each must have their own package.
